The direct delivery costs involved in sending back the Product will be at the Customer’s own expense.Īll fees paid when placing the Order will be refunded in the 14 days following the Company’s receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal sent to THE BRAND COLLECTOR by the Consumer. The Customer may request THE BRAND COLLECTOR to return or exchange of the Product(s). The Customer has the right to withdraw within the 14 days following the date on which the order was placed, except for the products mentioned in article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.
